To be eligible, a candidate must:

• Classified as an International/Overseas fee payer.
• Previously completed a degree at Bangor University (or be an immediate family member of someone who has).
• Enrolled in a full-time postgraduate taught or research program.
• Self-funded or partially self-funded (students with full 3rd-party sponsorship are ineligible).
• Meet the academic and English language entry requirements for their chosen course.

Level: Postgraduate Taught (MA, MSc, MBA, LLM) and Postgraduate Research (PhD, MPhil).

Field of Study: Available across all academic disciplines offered at Bangor University.

Exclusions: Distance learning or part-time courses.

• Students already receiving the Vice-Chancellor’s 50% Scholarship (this is the only major exception).

Because this is an On-Admission award, you only need to provide proof of the alumni connection:

Bangor Student ID/Banner ID: From your previous undergraduate studies.
