Overview / About the Scholarship
The Alumni Scholarship at Bangor University is a testament to the university's family-first approach to global education. Unlike competitive merit awards that require lengthy applications, this scholarship is a guaranteed benefit for those who have already been a part of the Bangor story. It is designed to encourage lifelong learning and to make the transition from undergraduate to postgraduate study as financially seamless as possible.
The scope of this scholarship is uniquely broad. It is available not only to graduates of Bangor University themselves but also extends to their spouses, siblings, children, and grandchildren. This makes it an ideal choice for families who value the high-quality student support and world-class research environment that Bangor is famous for. Whether you are returning to sharpen your skills in the Bangor Business School or pursuing advanced research in the School of Ocean Sciences, this scholarship provides a reliable financial thank you for your continued dedication to the institution. It ensures that the bonds formed during your first degree are strengthened as you pursue a higher level of expertise.
